Fabulous to attend the State Geotourism Development meeting on Friday 28 October. This was a great chance to explore the geotourism activities in Western Australia and across Australia. Input was received about the National Geotourism Strategy as well as GSWA’s work on local trails. The John Forrest National Park Geotrail has been listed on TrailsWA website. Geoparks WA and the Australian Geoparks Network provided updates on what is happening with geoparks and an update was provided about the Australian Golden Outback in relation to geotourism. Jack Hills has been listed as one of the First100 International geosites.
